Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 2–5 working days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Policy: Personalised Products

Personalised Unwynd kits are made specially for you, so we’re unable to accept cancellations, refunds, or replacements once the order is placed.

We’ll always try to accommodate change requests made within 1 working day of placing your order — though we can’t guarantee them after that window.
