Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Additional customs and duties may apply for international orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. These include Shiprocket  Customs, Duties, and Taxes.
  • UNWYND is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at feedback@jackinthebox.in with your order details.
  • For lost or damaged packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If applicable, we may replace or refund your order based on the resolution provided by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to India. If your location is not available at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot fulfil your order at this time.
  • We do not ship to any other country as of now.
